Victor brings more than four decades of packaging, manufacturing, supply-chain, commercialization, and strategic-account experience. He evaluates structural, operational, supplier, and commercial requirements and helps define a practical path toward engineering, prototyping, quotation, testing, and production.
Director of Opportunity Development • Strategic Qualification & Program Coordination
John researches products and operations, identifies potential opportunities, qualifies stakeholders, gathers project information, and coordinates communication, evidence, schedules, samples, quotations, and follow-up across complex packaging and supply-chain initiatives.
How we position the work
We document the current package and process, qualify the opportunity, separate verified information from working assumptions, and determine whether structural redesign, component consolidation, packout improvement, supplier coordination, sourcing, or another action is justified.
When a project advances, we coordinate qualified engineering, manufacturing, converting, fulfillment, testing, logistics, and commercial resources according to the project’s specific requirements.
